1. Feeding section
Auto-feeding section with vacuum belt transmission. Feeding anilox rolls are completely restored and covered with a fresh coat of anilox, certified.
2. Printing sections
Two printing sections (the third upon request) with of 90 and 100 lines / cm allow to receive excellent images on all types of cardboard (including coated white). Paint-inflicting rolls are completely regenerated with ceramic covering which provides triple increase of the lifetime comparing with the metal rollers. Pumps for paints are included.
3. Section of cutting valve, nibbling and creasing
The modern system of cutting with an force absorbing anvil does not leave clippings on the workpiece. The new slotter knives produced by TechniCarton (France) are installed.
The line is equipped with the workpieces counter, observable from a long distance, and on both sides of machine.
Equipment has been tested in work experience and is specified by simplicity and accessibility in maintenance, reliability and flexibility in using of various types of board flutes (E,C,B,EB,BC etc.).
Condition is considered to be excellent.
