The speed automatic folder gluer model UFG-400 is used as stand-alone unit, complete with automatic feed and is designed to perform the following operations:
• Automatic feeding,
• gluing,
• folding,
• alignment
• counting and stacking.
The line is manufactured with the «touch screen» panel. The machine works with a 3-and 5-multilayer corrugated cardboard, it has a high degree of automation and a high-class equipment that minimizes setup time line to change orders.
Built-in memory lets you save settings for up to 250 samples of various orders.
Built-in function returns the settings to zero.
Specifications
1. Feeding Section
The belt feed with a vacuum clamp. Rear height adjustable guides for smoother, more convenient submission of blanks, specially manufactured high-quality straps submitting to provide high adhesion to the work piece.
The front stoppers are configured to any type of corrugated cardboard.
Equipped with two side guides.
2. Glue sectionSimple and reliable design;
Independent circulation system allows the glue to avoid its drying out when stopping the machine, easy to clean
Additionally line is equipped with extrusion adhesive system Valco (USA) which applies glue accurately to the pre-set distance on workpiece, preventing glue flow away and overdoze. Glue is applied in three narrow separate lines, instead of one wide, which allows to save in glue expense twice, comparing to roll system.
3. Folding section
Initial folding of work-piece is made at an angle of 90 degrees, which allows to increase quality and accuracy of folding;
The speed of each of the lower rebate belt is regulated separately, thus avoiding the effect of “fish-tail”;
Equipped with extra folding belts that enhance the quality of the alignment geometry of the box.
4. Section of bunch-forming and stacking
UFG is equipped with electromechanical adjustment to the width of the box. The best folding is provided by the strong airflow created by the centrifugal supercharger.
Adjustment of the centrifugal blower is motorized.
The stopper serves to align boxes after folding.
The transportation to the counter-ejector is made by vacuum conveyor belts.
The simple and reliable system of counting blanks and forming packs.Machine was used as helpful, not as main.
