Water Filling Plant.
A water bottling plant featuring reverse osmosis filtration, ultra violet light disinfection ray, and ozone water treatment which creates a pure and premium drinking water. In addition to these filtration mechanisms, it also includes a self cleansing sand filter in case well water or spring water is used as a source and a carbon filter which is used for municipal water sources.
The holding tank for the water is a 2000 gallon tank with timers and a sensor which refills itself as needed.
There are currently 6 injectors on the machine. The machine has always been used to create gallon water, but injectors can be added to bottle virtually any size container. Although the machine has been used primarily for bottling water, it can be used to bottle virtually any non-carbonated product. The beauty of bottling water is that cost is low and turn over is quick.
The machine is capable of capping on either pull-off caps or screw on caps.
A sensor detects gallons passing by and labels them automatically.
Two workers on the machine can produce around 390 gallons bottled, labeled, packaged, and sealed per hour.
The machine is 5 years old and is in perfect working condition. The original price of the machine was $129,000 and it was hand-built.
