The machine was in working order and running 4 years ago before they discontinued that line. Sizes set-up for: 5-10 lbs bags 1) The smallest size is in the range of 200 mm. flat bag width. 2) The configuration of the scale is made to handle the product 500 mm. long. The weighing process is made by knifes entering the spaghetti and dosing amounts of product by volume. This volume is then weighed and the amount of spaghetti needed to reach the target weight is added with a second dosing unit. The handling of product 500mm. long is made always keeping it horizontal, the use of blade dosing units and the small passages made to handle spaghetti are not suitable for other kind of products.
