White Envelope Scrap

White Envelope shall consist of clean, sorted, un-printed white envelopes or envelope cuttings, must be free of printed white or colored envelopes.
Must be free of plastic windows or water un-soluble glues.
May not contain other grades of paper.
Bales shall be compressed into secure uniform bundles, not to exceed 72" in any dimension any with a minimum weight of 1,000 lbs., Bale ties may be wire, strapping or appropriate bale cordage. (unless otherwise declared by individual buyers)
