The TORATEC GmbH is located in Hamburg, Germany and is a world-wide distributor of innovative and economic equipments for the suppression of dust which arises when moving and processing bulk material. We do not sell expensive dust suction systems but apply a simple and very environmentally friendly system: Using the DustClear mixing unit, DustClear foam is produced by mixing the especially developed and biologically degradable DC concentrate with water and compressed air. The DustControl Foam is led to the spraypoint via a hose. Through a nozzle bar, the foam is sprayed over the dusty fraction in the processing line of any type of bulk material. The dusty particles absorb the DustClear-foam, and thus gain weight. In consequence, the dust can be suppressed by more than 90%. And the extraordinary: Depending on environmental conditions, the effect remains up to six days after the treatment!
